Please see the following which has been shared with us by Brampton Valley Homes. The builder will be drop dropping leaflets to the directly affected properties. 

 

As you are aware, we are currently waiting a planning decision for the parcel of land that we own adjacent to your property. We have certain obligations regarding the security of our land and as such, we would like to notify you that on Monday 17th June, we will have some fencing and materials delivered to and erected on the land. 

In order to achieve this, we will need to bring a lorry and materials to Castle Road for a very short duration. We expect to arrive approximately around midday and will be present for approximately 1 hour. We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that although this will cause some minor disruption, we still have no intention of using this as permanent construction access, however we are sure you will understand that until planning permission is approved we have no means of alternative access to the site.
