A UK First for Creating Energy from Waste

Milton Keynes is on the verge of being the first town in the UK which has a recycling centre and an energy from waste park
Amey and Milton Keynes Council have been working in partnership to create the new energy from waste (EfW) based in Old Wolverton.
We would like to ensure that as many of Milton Keynes residents are fully informed about the processing of their black bin waste as well as the open days and community events that we will be offering through our education and visitors centre.
